Bespoke Digital Creation: All services provided by postcuratorhub involve custom digital asset creation tailored specifically to the visual brief provided by the client.
Non-Physical Assets: All deliverables are provided strictly in digital formats. We do not provide physical goods, physical inventory, or postal shipping.

2. One-Time Payment & Deposit Model

To ensure proper scheduling and dedicate design capacity to your project, postcuratorhub operates strictly on a one-time payment structure per custom order:

One-Time Design Deposit: All prices displayed on our website represent a one-time design deposit required to reserve project capacity and initiate the custom design process.
No Recurring Billing / No Auto-Renewal: All payments processed on our website are single, one-time transactions. We do not operate subscription plans, automatic renewals, recurring memberships, or hidden ongoing fees. Every project reservation requires explicit manual action by the client.
Transparent Pricing: The amount paid at checkout secures your custom order reservation. Any additional bespoke design scope requested outside the initial agreement will be explicitly agreed upon prior to invoice issue.

3. Order Process & Requirements Submission

1. Reservation & Deposit: You submit a one-time design deposit via our platform to secure project capacity.
2. Requirements Intake: Following checkout, you are directed to complete our design details intake form to supply your specific brand guidelines, preferences, and brief details.
3. Design Production & Delivery: Our team creates your customized visual assets according to the submitted brief and delivers the completed digital files to you directly upon completion.

Clients are responsible for providing clear, complete, and accurate information in the requirement intake form to facilitate timely project execution.

4. Intellectual Property & Originality

Original Work Guarantee: All design layouts, template structures, and visual assets developed by postcuratorhub are 100% original creations or developed using properly licensed, royalty-free visual components.
No Unauthorized IP: We strictly do not utilize unlicensed third-party trademarks, commercial logos, or protected intellectual property.
Client Rights: Upon final delivery and full payment of the customized service, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered digital assets for your brand’s digital marketing and content distribution purposes.

5. Revisions & Delivery Expectations

Because our services involve custom visual crafting, project turnarounds depend on the prompt submission of your design brief.

We aim to deliver preliminary custom concepts within the timeframe specified during project onboarding.
Reasonable revisions directly related to the initial brief provided in the intake form are included with your design deposit. Substantial changes that deviate entirely from the initial brief may require an additional custom quote.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the tailored nature of custom digital design services:

Prior to Brief Submission / Design Start: If you wish to cancel your project reservation before submitting your requirement intake form and prior to work commencing, you may request a refund by emailing support@postcuratorhub.com.
After Production Begins: Once custom design drafting has commenced following the submission of your requirement form, design deposits become non-refundable to cover spent design hours and allocated capacity.

postcuratorhub strives to maintain the highest standard of visual quality and operational security across our platform.

All services and digital files are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
